is it possible to change dates e.g. 01/11/04 to a day e.g Friday? I need to do a report based on how many requests have been logged each Saturday - but our helpdesk database logs these days as dates. How would I do this???

I am rebuilding my pc at home with win98. I have booted from a win98 floppy - fdisked, created partition, and then it asks me to reboot - i do this - it then asks me to format the drive - i do this - but it won't let me.

You need to log on as the user (the one which has left) and go to the top level (right at the top of the mailbox) - right-click - select permissions and add the manager as the editor. Now go to each individual folder (inbox, sent items, calendar etc) and do the same thing (right click - select...
In exchange admin - double click on the user name - now go to e-mail address tab - select new - other address - type in other e-mail address and type in SMTP as the e-mail type. Click ok. Now if anybody sends e-mail to either of the addresses it will get to this mailbox.

Trying to delete 13,000 journal entries but keeps telling me that unable to because of lack of memory. I'm having to delete in small sections which will take me an age. Is there any other way|? ps..will deleting these entries delete the original file???

there isn't a permissions tab within exchange admin for the users accounts. i have set permissions however through outlook. i have also set send on behalf of permissions within exchange admin. this must be a permissions thing, but i don't know how to work it out.
