Try the following steps!
* Cleanup Temporary Internet Files
* Unregister Dlls
1. Click Start, Run.
2. Enter the following:
REGSVR32 /U MCINSCTL.DLL
3. Click OK. The resulting message should say 'DllUnregisterServer in mcinstctl.dll succeeded'.
4. Click Start, Run.
