The problem occurs with all applications. I talked to HP support today and they had me uninstall the printer from the server and reinstall it. I don't know if this will solve the problem. The user will let me know. What do you all think?
We have an HP laserjet 4000tn that has been giving us problems for about a year. It is a network printer. Ever so often, it cuts off documents towards the bottom. It doesn't do it all the time, but it seems to do it when we need something most. Has anyone had similar problems and what did...
Do you think it's worth getting a maintenance contract for our printers. It includes two cleanings a year. Or should we have them cleaned and/or serviced as needed?
Thanks. We have a couple of 2200s, a 4000, two 4Plus that get used a lot. We have six 1100s that do not get used that much. The person trying to sell us a maintenance agreement says, it will extend the life of the printer. I don't know what to do?
I am trying to decide whether to get Maintenance on 16 HP printers. Some have higher volume and are more expensive printers. The Maintenance pretty much includes two cleanings per year. Do you all think this is necessary or should I have them cleaned on a per needed basis?
We have this machine and we use it heavily for scannning into PDFs, but since we bought it, it seems to scan slightly crooked. Does anyone else have this problem?
I have a LaserJet 2200 and we disconnected it from the network to clean it. After reconnecting it, people were not able to print to it. I can print a test page from the Web Jet Admin on the server. I deleted it from the printers on the server and now I don't know how to add it. Please help.
We use roaming profiles in our office. One of the users is unable to logon to his profile. He logs on to a temp file. Currently he is working on a local profile, but can not change that to a roaming profile. How can he do this?
We are running 2 windows 2000 servers (one is a file server and the other is our Exchange server) in our office and I want to perform quarterly maintenance on them. Besides Windows Update, what else do you all recommend I do?
