Reduce PC monitor video to television
well this is what i had wondered. i read that CRT tv screens have only horizontal scanlines and that monitor screens have both horizontal and vertical scanlines. i could be wrong. is there maybe a plugin or something that can make my monitor/graphics card output only horizontal scans? i'd like...- Concher

Reduce PC monitor video to television
Is there a way to reduce my CRT monitor video quality to appear as though it were a CRT television display? I've got some pc games that were first released on console and i'd like to play them as they did on the television. My video card (TI4200 - 64MB) doesn't seem to have an option for it...- Concher
