    HP DDS-2 8GB- Tape life???

    I want to highlite a cell if that cells date is equal to or less than todays date plus a week. I am trying to use conditional formatting using TODAY()+7, but is not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Is there a way to automatically create a link when I type in a name? ie: Everytime I type in "Ken" I want the name to become a link that when clicked on opens another worksheet? Thanks
