I see, but it still runs fine regardless, ive just finished a 2003 server install and its been on a good hour after that, im keeping an eye on the fan..
Sounds like it might be a short. Make sure the m/b is clear of the case. make sure the cpu is mounted correctly (i know its hard to get wrong but it does happen)

The cpu fan starts.. hear first beep, fan slows down, stops, and pretty much as soon as it stops, starts again, beeps and continues..
Ive never built an AMD b4, i have a 2000+ and an asus a7v8x board. When i turn it on, it turns off for 1 second and then back on.
Seems to work fine apart from that.
Anyone know the cause or have any advice?

sorry, i wasnt very specific. I am running my own DNS and have set one of the name servers as my own. I have tried to create a secondary zone for the second DNS but cant seem to get it to work. I have just used zonedev for the second but want to use my own again.
