Did you try to export the Access data into Excel (delete columns you don't want in Outlook) and save the file as a ".cvs", then import that file into Outlook?

When I open a .doc it shows all the changes that everyone has made in red. I'd like the .doc to open without showing the changes. I went to Tools-Options-Edit and removed the check mark in "Keep Track of Formatting". The .doc still opens showing the changes.

I have a field that contains email addresses. Is their a way to get the email addresses in access into Yahoo mail?
I tried saving them in excel as a .csv file, but could not import them into yahoo mail.

I'm keeping the database for little league. In "Forms" I have fields labeled "birthday", "league age", and "Apr 15, 2007".
What I would like to do is when the birthdate is enter I need that to subtract from Apr 15, 2007 to give me the league age of the player. Is there a way to calculate this...
I'm trying to transfer my MS Outlook Personnel Address Book (.PAB) into my Yahoo email account. I'm having troubles making the .PAB into a .CVS so that yahoo can import it.
I don't want to import my "Contacts", just my Personnel Address Book.

In my Excel spreadsheet I have a separate sheet that has the "Lookup" values. This sheet is called "Data". On a different sheet I have this command,
=LOOKUP(K6,DATA!K5:K400:DATA!L5:L400)
The value I had in K6 use to match up correctly with what was in the "Data" sheet. Everything worked...

I have a spreadsheet that has the schedule of basketball games/practices for all teams. Is there a way to sort out just our team? We are team 5.
