    Did you try to export the Access data into Excel (delete columns you don't want in Outlook) and save the file as a ".cvs", then import that file into Outlook? Sopman

    Turn Tracking feature off in a .doc

    When I open a .doc it shows all the changes that everyone has made in red. I'd like the .doc to open without showing the changes. I went to Tools-Options-Edit and removed the check mark in "Keep Track of Formatting". The .doc still opens showing the changes. Thanks Sopman
