I am trying to print to a HP3100 printer that has worked for 4 yrs. with not problem. When I go to print it says "ltp1 error" the port is already in use. What is using it and how do I fix this. Windows 98 and laptop. Thanks Marty- winter110

The fan that was in turned around 7200 and the new one turns about 5200. I made sure that they both were hooked up the same. I also tried to hook directly to the MB. I had a pc that was running fine but a bit hot. AMD 2400xp chip. I was only going to replace the fan. I removed the old fan and correctly replace with a .80mm fan and new heat sink.
