We have a soft-pbx which uses a Cisco 2621XM with NM-HDV card for PSTN breakout.
We are getting call rejections from the service provider (Kingston) with the message "incorrect number format".
We are sending the calltype as national and in the following format;

we recently added some more CAL User license packs to our server via the add license wizard.
According to this these have been ectivate and we are licensed for up to 15 users now.
However, we still have a "Maximum Usage" number of 10 clients. Have we done something wrong?

Once you have got a basic idea of the bandwidth you will require it may be worth asking your connectivity provider for a service that has a basic guaranteed bandwidth along with a higher "burst" figure.

ERror 403 access forbidden
Something,somewhere is blocking your access. Have you set up your wireless router to authenticate with your ISP. You'll need stuff like username/password etc.
