My company is moving toward complete accessible PDFs. When I add alternate text to figure, everything works fine. However, when I try to add alternate text to a link tag (<LINK> or <LINK-OBJR>) I get the following error: <em>1 element(s) with alternate text that prevent the user from seeing form...
I created a PDF and I am in the process of creating it fully accessible. However I still have 1 error that just won't get resolve. It happened before and I ended up ignoring it.
I have an email adress, and I have a tag for the link, and when I do a Full Check, it says "1 element is not contain...
I found something very similar to what you are trying to create on http://photoshopcafe.com/tutorials/extrude/extrude.htm maybe by following the tutorial you can find how to adapt it to your own need.
Whenever that happened to me, it was either because I did not have the font install on my computer, or because it was some unicode font.
But that was for me. Your problem might be different.
I am using Acrobat 7.0 and we want our PDFs to be as accessible as possible. Some elements should be artifacts, and when you change the tag of an element to be an artifact, it ask you two things:
Artifact Type (with the choice of Page, Pagination and Layout) and Attach to side(s) (with the...
I created my first flash intro ever. It is working perfect in Firefox. When I load the page, the flash intro is there and you can click on ENTER and it brings you to the WELCOME page.
In IE, when I type the URL in the browser, the page that comes up is the welcome page. As if IE just ignores my...
Yeah, all my Window Resize are fine, and I don't have any security settings. I also created the PDF from a Word document and insure no security was on.
Thanks for all your help jmgalvin. I don't know why the bookmarks are behaving differently. It is frustrating a little :)
The Document Properties is already set to Fit Width. However, the bookmarks for some reason behave as if they were set individually.
I am using Acrobat 7.0 Professional
I am not familiar with Crystal Report, but for MS Word, when you do File > Print > Adobe PDF, if you click on Properties, there is a checkbox "View Adobe PDF Results". You need to uncheck that box.
We received a PDF which contain 500 pages. The bookmarks are all done, but every time you click on one, the view change from fit width to fit page, or else. Is there a way to change them all to be the same without going and changing them one by one?
Thanks
I have a drop shadow on my first layer. The shadow appear under the title, at a 30 angle. In another layer, I have an open book and I want to create an drop shadow on the opening page. The shadow for the page need to be at a -120 angle. But whenever I change the shadow, it also effect my other...
Thanks, I looked for other tutorials, but they were pretty worst than the one I tried, or the northern light did not even look like a northern light.
I'll let know in this thread if I ever come across a good tutorial.
I am creating a website for a Nunavut organizations. They would like to have northern lights in the top of the banner.
I tried a tutorial to create northern light (http://tutorials.knet.ca/photoshop/dancer.htm) but I am having more than a hard time using the square tool to insure the "lights"...
I created my layout with Photoshop CS. I brought the file in Image Ready to slice it but my bright mustard/gold yellow wasn't the same anymore. It was more of a greenish yellow. I tried to bring it back in Photoshop and the colours were perfect again. When I did Save for Web, same thing happened...
