There is the "Ultimate Guide to AutoDL" from Microsoft but they have removed it from there site and any and all other sites.
I can only find it in Chinese, but I do not speak Chinese.
If you find it, please let me know.

When recalling an email, does Exchange 2000 always require the user to:
1) Accept the recall, before it actually attempts the recall.
2) Logged in to the network.
3) Be using an Outlook client only?

The above are all good and valid replies.
To add to them, if the email was from a Mac then the problem is that Macs do not add the .xxx to the files. Exchange 2000 has a hard time handling this. Have the Mac user add an extention or receive the email using a full email client.

I do not know if this will help, but at times users mistakenly select people from their Personal Contact list instead of from the GAL. Opening someones Calendar requires them to select the user from the GAL.
