What you may have is Trojan.ByteVerify. I used spybotS&D, CWShreader, Spyhunter and Norton. They did not work until I updated my Norton. Consider updating Norton and trying again. I also heard that some people have used HyjackThis. Best wishes - cmeltona- cmeltona
