axman505, Did you go ahead and buy this printer? We have 2 and they have nothing but trouble with them. We print via 2 x Jetdirect 300EX print servers, both with JetDirect printing and IP Printing. Both methods cause the printers to randomly freeze, and it takes a lot of restarting of printer...- pih7

KimVong, this is not an error. The 12/24 refers to the native/compressed capacity of the tape. The 24GB compressed capacity assumes 2:1 compressibility of the data. While this is easily achievable with ascii files, binary files (programs/dll's etc) will rarely compress very much, if at all...- pih7

MAT 6.5 Access to Option 11C
I can log into MAT and connect to the switch using the VT220 Terminal. However, MAT cannot retrieve data from the switch as it cannot login to it. How do I configure MAT to connect to the switch?
