you know what, i already did all that and i dont get sent those stupid emails anymore but the computer still has never been the same since that. i dont get any of those dumb pop-ups anymore either but the computer is slower than it used to be. do u think i have a different problem?- peache781

well i did that...and so far (only after a few minutes), everything seems to be the same. i was infected with wormsobig so im not sure how that is affecting my computer. dont know if that helps or not but thanks for ur assistance- peache781
