A 911 alarm without having a PRI. When a user dials 911, an alarm goes out to the alarm set, "Ext 231" (or name of set) has dialed 911". I wish!!!!!!!
After those two sugestions, go to each set, dial feature *82, press the next key till you see "automatic dial" Press OK. This feature makes you dial pad "hot" No need to hit H/F first!! Just hit the 9 with the handset in the cradle.
If you are using hyper term, while you are seeing calls come across the screen, click on the capture text box and hper term will ask you where you want these calls stored. You can then view the data at a later time! Good luck.
I too, have experienced more "white noise" on the T series phone and OOB bad handsets. As a tech if anyone would ask me if the M series phones were tough. I threw one down a flight of stairs once. I also stand on them and bounce a few times. I tell my customers I'd NEVER do either...
I have recently installed a MICS with sevearl analog sta. modules. These modules do not ring the Wheelock loud ringers on the producytion floor. Can any one recomend a loud BELL, that would work on the 0X8A anlog module. They do not want an electronis ringer. Thank you
