    I am sure this is a configuration issue. Just set up CM5 s8300 and internally calls go to voicemail but external DID calls don't each even reach the voicemil trunks.

    sounds like the server has crashed as all the interfaces are down and IPSI B is up so it rules out the data switch problem probably. as it is a standby server, I would put the CM cd in and reload it and copy the translation from a to b. Be very carefully not to do it the other way.

    have you tried to remove all the links and re-add them agaion. DOn't forget that the AES host name must match the same name in CM node-name. Also, change the password for the switch link as well.
