    Displaying file creation details

    Print Problem

Thanks for your help. It looks like it is a postcript problem with my deskjet. The artboard is fine when I use the laser but when I shift over to my deskjet the artboard shrinks meaning I lose the bottom of my work when printed.

    Print Problem

I have been printing an a4 poster to a laser printer with no problems whatsoever. However when I try to print the same poster with a hp deskjet 840c, the page settings change and the poster is printed incomplete. Some help would be most appreciated.
