GOT IT!!!
The problem is Norton Anti-Virus 2006 and the Office Plug-In.
I disabled the Office application auto-protect and the connection is working fine.
I cannot connect Access 2003 with an ODBC driver. I can use Excel and connect, but when I try to use Access, I go to Get External Date, then scroll down to ODBC() driver, when I click on it, nothing happens, no connection, no error message, nothing.... It just closes the screen and takes me back...
When I try to publish via FrontPage to a specific site (I have other sites that publishing works fine with) I keep getting the username and password prompt.
I have adjsuted the Internet Security setting, but no luck.
This site is hosted by a host that really has little experience with...

I have seven sites hosted with these guys and have been with them for about 4 years total. NOT ONE problem. If I have site design questions, they are always willing to help and walk me through some problems.

What I meant was the title bar & navigation on a shared border?
If so, there is a Front Page folder called _borders on your server and it needs to be deleted by the ISP (as you will not be able to see this usually) and republished.
This happened to me once and I thought my web site was fried...
I have also been told that you can start the computer in safe mode and create a new user account with admin rights.
Haven't personally tried it though....If anyone has I would be interested in hearing how it works out.
