Morning all,
On my old NT4 box you couls use the command "ntbackup /eject" at the end of a batch file to automatically eject the tape.
There doesnt seem to be that functionality in the version that ships with Windows 2003. Am I missing something amazingly simple..?

I have determined the problem.
It would appear that Veritas BackupExec installed some drivers for this drive that were not RSM compliant.
I removed these drivers and then deleted the tape drive from Device Manager and then perfomed a Scan For Hardware Changes.

The device shows up fine in Device Manager. None of the usual yellow or red symbols on the device.
