I have an employee list table with Name, address, phone #,
and etc. I want to print these fields taking out the trailing spaces so I can line them across my page. I have tried RTrim. I want it to look like this: Thanks for all suggestions.

I have an access table which has first name, last name, sex, and etc. I would like to print the first name and last name like a phone book list as follows:

DImandja thanks a million I saved my data to another database I created; went to the backup and restored the database; then copied my data I saved in the other database
to my restored database so I did not lose any data.

yes we have a backup; but I have never had to restore my database in the 4 years I've been here. can I restore that one file only (sysconstraints) rather than the entire database..

But I think I screwed up again; I went in enterprise manager and I deleted sysconstraints, now when I try to open my table I get ado error invalid object constraints.
I deleted it thinking I could recreate it through creating a new digram linking my tables back again. but...
I have an access project file .adp which connects to an access database on sql server 2000 via ODBC connection.
I imported a tab delimited file into one of my tables which is linked to another table. When I try to open the table I get an error - "ado error invalid column 'constid' " yet that...
I have an access (dot) .adp file which points to an access database on the sql server. when the user double clicks on the .adp file the database opens with the usermenu startup. the user clicks on the command button from the menu
and this error pops up: "the operation on the no such interface...
how do I get several say, 10 records to come up on a form;
then being able to click on a key field and that one record
which I have clicked on come up by itself.
