#6 for speed dial doesn't work on certain phones. can anyone help?

Matt J. Didn't work.... so I bought another drive and rebuilt it to Win 98. I hung the original drive as a slave and copied the data to my new drive. Works fine.

How do I stop a flash hook from going to the paging system? What is happening from a analog phone only... If a user calls an extension, the person isn't there the user briefly hangs up than pages the person dialing 80 for the page. Next thing you know the person's VM is heard over the paging...

Is there a resync procedure to reset the softkeys when you swap out a 8410D? I swaped a bad phone out and replaced it with another and the softkeys wer not showing the original.

I had to swap out a 8410D telephone, but when I did the original "softkeys" did not appear. Is there a refresh command or something to reset the new 8410D softkeys?
