we recently upgraded to 3.0.20b we originally had 3.0.2 (i think) and we had swat working and we could set permissions on shares through "computer management" on a windows machine, now neither work, in computer managment it just says access denied even if it is done with administrator...
when i open a powerpoint presentation with 2003 (created with 95 i think) i can view all the slides, but, if i change the view so that i get multiple thumbnail views of all the slides the images disapear, i have tried saving the images deleting them from the view and then reloading the picture...
yes, sorry i mean activation, i have never actually had to activate any office product more than once, is it just a case of running activation again, or do uninstalling office remove the details from microsoft's databases?

I have a question that has been bugging me for a while and has (finally) cropped up, when you install microsoft office XP or 2003 it asks for the product to be registered which is fine ok, but if the product is not OEM i believe i have the right to uninstall and move the license to another PC...

we have external sales people who report an error when replicating the groups address book, the error says "no such entry failed with <ourserver>/server/engprod/renold"
