IP Office Basic 8.1
I need to auto dial 101 on the specific line (line 04), not first available.
Any ideas.
I understand going Intercom 804 101 will give me what I want but is there a way to do it with one button press?

Still looking for for help in the inter-office communication - basic level at this point - just to have ability to intercom or transwer call to the remote office from call center. Are SIP trunks way to go? Or is there alternate solution? Anybody interested in helping wit the project? NY/NJ
Somewhere during upgrade db level for lines went to (null). Most likely it was boosting lines to maximum. After resetting it to 0 - all problems went away.

Did that multiple times (even changing mode to standard - license showed active there).
Also did it unde direction of tech support (resealer support not AVAYA) - no dice.

Unfortunately newbie as far as SIP lines go. Any tips who is good provider for those?
Have several clients using Cablevision lines, and be more than happy to switch.
Loaded license and than upgraded with correct IP Office manager version (actually pointed to correct directory with files for respective rev. when switching between v7 and v8).
Remotely connected to the system.
Impedance (measured) shows 600+2150nF - looks good.
Hovever the GAINS section shows blank fields.
Any other system - odB.
Since both system used same basic template - that may be the issue.
Will set gain to 0dB and see if that helps.
Still puzzled why lines...

All locations are being upgraded to IP office.
Anyone with expertise can tell me what's necessary (type of lines - SIP?, routing, licenses etc).

IP office 500v2
VOIP lines supplied by Cablevision.
This happened at two locations.
Voice sounds distorted (sort of like you have too high signal on the input and equipment cannot handle it).
Placed several service calls - result - as expected.
Anyone had similar issues?
With butt-set it does...
Spend 2 days fighting with the upgrade.
When upgrading to 8 - upgrade license shows dormant (8 - basic), when upgraded to 7 - active - all good. Went back and forth several times - same result.
Maybe it is simple, but it does not work.
Left at 7 since need system working.
Is there a way to replicate auto-answer functionality of the Partner system when placing voice-intercom call in IP500v2?
Instruction (Answering page call) points to MENU -> Call settings -> Internal auto answer, but there is no such option in the system (currently basic v8). Am I doing something...
We are installing simple IP office systems for the client for a while now.
They grew to 10 offices and now they want to create dedicated call center with all calls going there and they want to be able to forward/intercom to remote offices.
What would be the route to accomplish that?

When I program it only one port shows VM not two. That got me thinking, that there is something else I need to do. Is it normal, since 2 ports are connected?
