Vista/Office 2k3 "Access Denied" in Documents Folder
Not a sure solution, but remember that in Vista you are no longer using "C:\Documents and Settings\User1\My Documents" to locate your documents, although it will still show up after an upgrade (Maybe fresh install as well?) Downgrading from Vista to XP
Sorry for the late post, could have helped a bunch earlier. This happens in most/all new dell machines, and like was said earlier it's because of the RAID drivers. The RAID controller is enabled by default EVEN IF YOU ONLY HAVE ONE DRIVE. There is no need to wipe drives or anything like that...- SSChicken
