Can anyone shed any light on why I get the message "zlclient.exe - no
disk" (There is no disk in the drive . Please insert a disk into drive
\Device\Harddisk2DR4.) this happens when Zonealarm starts up and has just
recently started!

I have tried this and had no success, remember I have tried all suggestions from the Epson helpline and had no success, on checking newgroups they are littered with this problem and I have no fix as yet!. cheers.... ron
I own an Epson Perfection Photo 1250 scanner and have lost the ability to
use the scanner due to the message “please install the supported Twain
driver” this comes up when attempting to use the Epson software “Smart
panel” and in other applications such as Adobe’s Photoshop the scanner
does...
