Voicemail is not picking up CO line on extension
This line has never went to any voicemail box. This line did not have a priciple user and so I put the ext of the station and voicemail that it should be going to but the line still continues to ring with no end. Voicemail is not picking up CO line on extension
I have a Avaya Merlin Magix(recently installed) I have an extension with several CO lines on it. 2 of these should be going into the individuals voicemail box, but only one is and I do not know how to duplicate this feature. The other lines goto a general mailbox. How do I accomplish this...- amreed22

Doc, To get an extension to transfer to a voicemail box you must go into the messenger as the administrator. Then press 9 to access the advanced options.
