First question - if not logged in as the Administrator - when you choose shutdown from the start button the only option you are presented with is logoff. I would like to be able to shut the computer down without logging off, logging back in as the administrator and then shutting down.

I'm trying to do a couple of things and hope someone can help.
1/ Is it possible to SHUTDOWN as oppossed log off for someone not using the Administrator login.
2/ Can the control ALT delete at startup be removed and how?
