Yes, Klae; that is exactly what happens.....it won't allow a download because of a missing desktop file. Yet they offer no solution as to where one can be found.- jimel3

I try to download yahoo messenger and I get a window popping up that reads that I'm missing the following file and without it the download is impossible; yet it offers no clue on how to obtain this file. Removing Keystrokes Stored in Memory
How does one remove the keystrokes that are stored in my computer? For instance, whenever I go to a search engine to start a new search and type in a letter all previous queries beginning with that letter appear. This can be quite embarrassing at times whenever others share the same computer...- jimel3
