I do a backup every night of important jobs. they are all stored on 4mm Dat tape, only difference is the date and size of the job. But what I need to do is to restore the backup I have just made to another PC on the Domain. Is there a way to do a Scheduled backup and then do a sheduled restore...- hattersman

restore from local drive ?
Does anyone know how you can restore some data from a local drive using Veritas Back-up exec. We had a server failure and managed to copy some data from 4mm dat tape to a cdrom and now we need to be able to read it. any help gratefully received. Thanks Hattersman.- hattersman
