I have setup a new cdn on the switch aquired it on symposium created new skillset, set the assignments and aquired the route but when I call the number it goes stright to voicemail. What have I missed ( I am a complete novice with symposium)
I have the manual and it does say soft key s were introduced in release 25, I was just looking for confirmation from somebody. Did you ever look into having the software upgraded to 25?
I have programmed some of the buttons but they dont seem to work. ie call pickup wont work and call forward doesn't work?? Anyone have any ideas? I guess my software version supports them as does recognise the 3904 type?
I am doing it directly on the switch and have never had one of these phones before and it is getting really annoying not being able to program the buttons I just keep getting lots of sch codes telling me that key is dedicted to ....
I have been asked by a vendor for the following information:
Site ID number
How many digital and analog Licences I have
A copy of my ordepro-opi file
Is there somewhere on the meridian that list the first to questions and where can I find the file that they need???
