Windows 2000 reformat
I have a similar problem, but I do have a cd drive. How can one reformat the c: drive so I can start fresh with a complete new install. I would do an install over the old one but the last time I did that I got into more problems. My problems seem to stem from doing my upgrades to SP4. So...- nohandleleft

Help ! OE Acting Weird !
I have done that many times before posting. This problem has been going on for over 1 week. I tried to solve it myself before posting.
