What do you mean by 'Non Routable IP's' ?
All you really should need to do now is open up port 80 (HTTP) on your firewall, and point it to the internal IP of your OWA Server. From there you just need to to decide how you want to allow internet traffic in.

Sounds to me like what Guy was saying. Open up the IM Connector, and click on details, that will tell you what responsible for the email not being delivered. If you can send to other sites, than most likely the problem is not at your end, but at the destination.

The easiest way is to make an append query. Tie a copy button to the append query and run it. make sure to include a where filter on the unique identifier (is the Key Field an autonumber?) If it is an Autonumber, that will be added automatically.
