    I don't know if the size of the Information Store matters. My IS is about 1.5 Gb. My email users are (rather) restriced concerning the size of their mailbox. No problems on sending or receiving what so ever.

    What version of Groupshield are you using? I was having the same problem when my server updated from 4366 to 4367 (automatically). I restored the backup to version 4366. Problem solved.
