I resolved my own issue after talking with COAMS from Nortel. If you try to delete child script references from the Master Script during busy hours in Symposium, the script reference may appear like it is removed from the Master Script, however, the database still hangs on to the reference and...- alleycat39

TampaTodd: I am running into the same problem. What do you mean by a round robin affect? The only place that the script that I had created was referenced to was the Master Script. I removed any reference to the Master Script. It still is giving me the same error of not being able to delete...- alleycat39

stevendl: We have 8 remote locations, each with their own PBX. We are looking at other alternatives. We do have data circuits to each location but have not looked much at VOIP because of bandwidth concerns.
