I will be installing SECC in November. TMSLUA is offering a 2 day course on SCCS Report. Can anyone tell me is the SECC reports and the SCCS reports are about the same. I am trying to determine if the SCCS reports course will be beneficial to me as an Administrator of SECC.

My acd queue has 11 agents and all calls terminate to the agent ids and ring on key 0. I need to send the calls to the agents headsets and not to ring on key 0. What step have I missed either for the headset connection or class of service on the set programming.
