After upgrading from IP Office 1.3 to 1.4 (as per the download off of www.avaya.com), Phone Manager users that are members of a hunt group are no longer getting notified of pending VM messages that are left in the hunt group. No ring tone after upgradeing to 1.4
We have also seen this strange no-ring behavior when going from version 1.3 to 1.4. Also, group members of a hunt group don't get VM message notification in Phone Manager when a voice mail message is left in that hunt group. Not sure how to fix this.
