    I wish to send printer output to a file rather than the printer. I've selected the Print to File Option on the print dialog box and sent the print job to a word document but it comes out as rubbish. Anyone have any ideas?

    I have an excel file which has a picture in it. I opened it this morning and the picture was displayed as a small red cross, however when I double click on it I can view the picture. Any ideas as to how I can view the picture frim within the file.
