    Thank you for your fast responce. The graphic is a tiff. I am using Pagemaker 6.5 to do the layout for the newsletter and then exporting as a pdf for the printer. Yours, Tom

    I recently got my newletter back from the printer and the mast head logo had a 10% grey backgound box when it looked white in the PDF document and white in the Pagemaker document. How can I make sure it is papgerwhite and does not have a grey box? Yours, Tom Elliott, miamitom
