Random Error Connection to ODBC Database
could be network related? flakey connection? seems weird that it works then doesn't work. Unless you are doing anything dynamic with the ODBC / DSN structure it should stick.- stevenls

Using DSNless connection for linking SQL Server tables to Access
Nice code, but does that mean I have to set up this piece of code If tbl.Type = "LINK" And tbl.Name = "tblReportRequestPrelim" Then tbl.Properties("Jet OLEDB:Link Datasource") = sConnString End If for every table in the database to relink (we have 32 tables) Thanks S.- stevenls

Ben, Good answer on the loop. I now have a little app that performs exactly how I need it to.. and even attaches as many files as needed that are located in whatever folder the system tells it to look at. very nice.. S.- stevenls
