And about using disabled and readonly. According to XML-grammatik best way is: disabled="disabled" or readonly="readonly

The problem seem to be that some files are skipped while tranferring. Have you tried sent smaller amount of files. Owerwrite could also cause a problem, so turn it off and try then. Also - on witch mode you use (auto...binary). There could be failed operations on binary mode.

Well, you should get a valid result if you just use frameborder="no" in every frames. But there is still problem with positioning when using NS, for example. At least Opera will show the page correctly.
