    internal extentions go directly to voicemail

    I have a norstar system with star talk. All other extentions ring first internally and can be picked up but one goes directly to vm when someone transfers a call. Thanks

    internal Meridian Voicemail

    Help. Does anyone know why I can get all the features in incoming voicemail, but when calling an internal extention, voicemail will not pick up. Did I miss something in the initial programming? Thanks Greg ,
