MIRAN - vendor says there is no way to do this....
Hi!! How many RAN broadcast (RAN_CON ISM) ports have you licensed. They come in increments of 4.... which means that the MIRAN can broadcast messages to 4 callers simultaneously. KK- ekals2000

Nortel CSTA
Hi!! As far as I know (Correct me if wrong!!) Nortel does not support CSTA. Nortel 61C provides CTI interface via Meridian Link Services which is the standard CTI interface.
