    I'm not that familiar with the system, but I believe I lost the link. The XDP extension is definitely 102 (separate from the PT which is 101). The first thing I tried to do was toggle *391/0 on and off. But it had no effect.

    That is exactly how I envisioned it would work. The phone and headset used to work nicely together in just that manner. As I mentioned, someone pushed too many programming buttons trying to accomplish something else and ended up defaulting the XDP port. All I would like to do is change it back...

    Try using PostCast Server. There is a free version you can try, but if that doesn't work, purchase the Pro version for $50 bucks. It allows you to provision for authentication and or send to specific domains, e.g., yahoo.com; prodigy.net; aol.com; etc. good luck
