    If u are using the ddr for specific purposes, try to use a permit for the users/applications intended to use it and deny all other traffic.if u post your access/dialer list and more details on what u need to pass/block it will be easier to help u.

    Access-List Question

    if u enable an access list on an interface, there is a deny all at the end.So I suggest u use permit for the ports u want to use and the rest will be automatically disabled unless u put permit any any at the end of the list.
