I am Trying to connect two Trendnet Ti-pg1284i switches via fiber and sfp modules. Worked for a few minutes. now cant get them to connect. ant ideas? Thanks
When a call rings in,we want the automated attendant to answer, and the phones are silent until an extension is selected from the menu. If no extension is selected or they dial 0 we want it to go to ext 15. Thank you for your excellent help in this matter. I did get it working in this fashion...
I have a system set up to ring to a group of phones as suggested in this old thread thread688-1347258. The new management wants dial zero calls and no answer calls to go to ext 15 and if not answered there leave a message and light message waiting at ext 15. looking for the best solution. Thanks.
I think auto attendant 2 is picking up sometimes even no lines are assigned to it anymore ( an ex employees voice has been heard a time or two) but i can't duplicate it. I reassigned the lines to auto att 1 using the messaging admin software on a pc. Is this possible?

A few years ago I set up a way for a supervisor to change the outgoing message from home on a snow day. I cant remember how to access it from home and the person who operated it retired. I think this is a Partner 6 with the messaging module. Thanks in advance.

I have verified the problem myself. I can cause it to happen when dialing in from another line on a butt set which puts out a standard strong touch tone.
Partner 7.0 with Partner 2 port mail card in carrier. I'm having problems when caller dials 22 or 24 or 26 very quickly the system can't decode it properly. Example if I dial 22 fast it says ext. 2 can't be reached or invalid entry. If I dial very carefull it works fine. Any fix for this...
