    i have tryed that and its still not working? could it be that the mother board is not compatible with windows 2000? cheers mate!

    im buliding up an old tower of mine (pent2 200mhz) it was complete apart from the hard drive,i got a 4.2gb and put it in it formatted it and loaded windows 2000 disk on boot up,it detects everything then when its checking hard ware config it comes up with DISK ERROR IN NTD FILE? if anyone could...

    ive also tryed this,but wont work. everytime i boot my comp up it says boot failure then says check for signature?? can anyone help plz??

    I HAVE RESENTLY PUT A NEW HARD DRIVE IN MY COMP THE SETTINGS ON THE BACK ARE ON MASTER,I RE FORMATTED IT AND PUT WIND 2000 PRO ON IT....BUT EVERYTIME I TRY TO BOOT MY COMP UP ITS SAYS BOOT FAILURE, THEN SAYS CHECK SIGNATURE? I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS CAN ANYONE HELP PLZ?
