You have to install as administrator - thats ok but you have to through a complete reboot sequence as administrator as well.
In other words - installing and then leaving the user to go through the reboot sequence is not sufficient. The administrator must complete the reboot sequence.

Yes she can create word docs OK.
She can't open this doc - it crashes her machine on openeing so "file | save as " dialog never becomes available to her.
Not only that - it behaves the same on a different but similarly configured machine.
My guess is that there is something wrong...
A colleague is receiving word documents which crash her machine - she runs W2KPro and O2k.
She sends to me - I'm running XPPro and OXPPro and I open them no problem
I send back to her as RTF and from there out she has no problems.
The question is what is there about this document that goes so...
