Thanks, but I originally placed the above criteria in my report, but did not work. Hence, the reason why I moved onto using the Section Expert to solve my dilemna.
The report displays Unpaid Customer billing records by Salesperson. Not a complicated report.
My record...
I am a beginner user working with Crystal 10.
In the Section Expert for one of my Group Footers, I wanted to suppress any field which has the sum of the value equalling to zero. I have checked off the Suppress(No drill down) box and inserted the following formula.

I am doing a mail merge using Word & Excel 2003.
The fields are correctly merging onto the Word document.
However, there is a problem with the numeric fields on the Word document. I would like to round the numeric field to 2 decimal places on the Word document. When I view the Excel fields...

I'm a novice CR user.
Is it possible to create criteria combining a formula with a subreport?
I'm trying to place a condition between two unlinked tables whereby if the main report table value equals null then I want to use the value listed in my sub-report

I'm a new Crystal user.
I've created very simple paramaters using a number id from the table.
However, when I selected a specific value in the parameters, the report printed all values.
Can someone explain the possible reasons why the report chose to report all values?
Thanks

(100 less 75) / 75 = 33%
The formula works great in the above situation whereby the GP is not equal to 0. However, my formula does not work in scenarios whereby the GP is =...

Just to add on to my previous reply, I had to ensure select the color WHITE for the background color of the text box (or whatever color which corresponds to the background color of the page)

Thanks lbass
A very creative idea.
However, instead of formatting the text box with my formula, I formatted the text box by checking the Text Rotation box in the Format Editor \ Common tab and selected 90 degrees, although 270 works as well
Thus, the result was a perfectly aligned shadow...
Is it possible to set the width of shading on a record?
I am currently using the formula:
If Remainder(recordnumber,2) =0 Then Silver Else NoColor
This formula allows shading to stretch across the entire page.
I would like to reduce the width of the shading to left align with a certain...
