Incoming Calls are Dropping
thanks for replying twofeathers. Yes I have checked the obvious things on the user's phones. Call forwarding, in/out, send calls features were not activated. the problems occurs intermittenly with only external incoming calls. the user can make outgoing calls just fine. I did not try...- crich44

I'm new to this forum and decided to use it for the first time. Anyway, I'm having a problem with incoming calls dropping after one ring on an executone M32 telephone set. The user is assigned a DID.
