I have a SBS2000 server with 4 PC's in a network. One of the workstations is an XP with a TUNGSTEN/T palm. I want to be able to get my mail whene I travel with my Palm abroad.
How Do I Do That ??
Set up the follow:
1. I added manually the host IP and names in the "forworder" and "reversed lookup"
2. I added another host with "(same as parent folder)" name to the ISP DNS IP.
3. All the PC's DNS are set to local DNS (my server 192.168.1.100)

And what about the Primery DNS in the server should it be config to the server ip (him self ? 192.168.1.100) or should it be the router IP ? 192.168.1.1 ?
I did configur my DNS server - probably wrong !
And I cant ping computernam.domainname.local to get an IP, jus if I ping my self - example - if i'm on the sbs and I ping sbs.domainnam.local i'll get the ip but if I ping othercomputer.domainname.local I get unknown host error.
